Abstract: Spherical-like Bi4Ti3O12 composite was synthesized by hydrothermal method. The crystal structure, morphology and absorptivity of visible light were characterized by SEM, XRD, and UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The characterization results demonstrate that the Bi4Ti3O12 composite have good crystal form, structure and absorptivity of visible light. The photocatalytic activity of Bi4Ti3O12 composite was investigated by degradation methyl orange, methylene blue, and acid fuchsin. The results show that Bi4Ti3O12 composite exhibited significantly photocatalytic activity under visible light irradiation towards degradation of Acid fuchsin, and the degradation rate of Acid fuchsin can reach 91% after lighting 150 min by visible light. |
