摘要: 合成了七个新的过渡金属的硫代脯氨酸(tcH)配合物,它们分别是:[M(tc)2](M=Mn(Ⅱ),Co2((Ⅱ))和Ni(Ⅱ)),[Ni(tc)(Ac)(H2O)],[Ni(tc)(tcH)(H2O)]NO3·H2O,[Ni(tc)(Py)2(H2O)NO3和[Fe(tc)2(Cl)(H2O)]。上述配合物的磁化率,摩尔电导,热量分析,红外及电子光谱数据表明,它们都具有八面体构型,tcH主要通过亚氨氮和羧基氧原子与金属键合。文章对这些配合物的可能结构作了初步的讨论。

Abstract: Thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid (or thioproline, abbreviated as tcH) is a rather special anti-tumor agent, which can induce the epithelial can cer cells to lose the characteristics of tumoral transformation and does not produce any toxicity to the patients. In consideration of its complexing ability with the micro-nutritional metal ions in vivo, and the neutral complexes thus formed probably possessed of a better permeability through the cell membrane than the free tcH ligand, it is worthy to study the correlatiDn between the physicochemical properties of metal thioproline complexes and their antitumor activity. By stirring the appropriate metal salts with equal or double amount of the tcH ligand in methenol or water, seven novel 3d transition metal complexes with thioproline have been synthesized, their stoichiometric formulas are [M(tc)2] (M: Co2(Ⅱ) Ni(Ⅱ) and Mn(Ⅱ)), [Ni(tc)(Ac)(H2O)], [Ni(tc)(tcH)(H2O)]NO3·H2O, [Ni(tc)(Py)2(H2O)] NO3, and [Fe(tc)2(Cl) (H2O)] (Ac represents acetate, and Py stands for pyridine). The properties of the title complexes together with the zinc analog (i.e. [Zn(tc)2 (H2O)2]) have been characterized and studied by magnetic susceptibility, molar conductivity, thermogravimetry, infrared and UV-spectra measurements. The results indicate that in most of the complexes the tcH acts as a bidentate ligand to chelate the metal ion through the coordination of imino-nitrogen and carboxylate oxygen atoms and all the complexes may be assigned to the high spin octahedral configuration. The complexes tend to form dimers or palymers through the carboxylate oxygen-bridges or the endocyclic sulfur atoms. The thermal stability of the various aqua complexes and the likely structure of all the compounds prepared have also been discussed.The carcinostatic activity of the title complexes is going on.
