钠快离子导体Na1+xZr2-yTiySixP3-xO12系统研究(Ⅰ)

摘要: 以Na3PO4、ZrP2O7、SiO2、ZrO2、TiO2为反应原料,在1173K—1473K的高温下进行固相反应,制备了钠快离子导体Na1+xZr2-yTiySixP3-xO12系统中x=1、y=0—2.0的一系列合成物。研究了它们的相变关系;测定了两个单纯相—211相和202相的电导率和电导激活能。 室温时,211相的电导率σRT=1.52×10-4(Ω·cm)-1,202相的σTR=0.53×10-4(Ω·cm)-1;623K时,211相的电导率σ623=1.21×10-1(Ω·cm)-1,202相的σ623=0.88×10-2(Ω·cm)-1。 在523K~673K温区里,211相的电导激活能Ea为31.87kJ/mole,202相的Ea为33.16kJ/mole。

Abstract: NASICON type fast ion conductors of Na1+xZr2-yTiySixP3-xO12 were synthesized and formed mixtures of Na3PO4-ZrP2O7-SiO2-ZrO2-TiO2 in platinum vessel at temperature of 1173K - 1473K for several hours to 20 hours(40 hours for a few of samples). A single pure phase (labelled phase 211) was found in the x=1.0, y=1.0. A second pure phase (labelled phase 202) was found with x= 1.0, y=2.0. The conductivities and activation energies of both phase 211 and phase 202 were measured.At room temperature, the conductivities of phase 211 and phase 202 are 1.52×10-4(Ω·cm)-1 and 0.53 × 10-4(Ω·cm)-1. At 623K, the conductivities of both phase 211 and phase 202 are 1.21 × 10-1 (Ω·cm)-1 and 0.88 × 10-2(Ω·cm)-1. The activation energies of both phase 211 and phase 202 are 31.87kJ/mole and 33.16kJ/mole at temperature range 523K~773K.
