含氧酸盐热反应法制备Y-Ba-Cu-O系超导膜的X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究
XPS STUDY OF Y-Ba-Cu-O SUPERCONDUCTING FILM PREPARED BY OXO-ACID SALTS THERMO-REACTION METHOD

摘要: 用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)法研究了在基体ZrO2上以含氧酸盐热反应法制得的YBa2Cu3O6·5+δ超导膜的表面状态、组成及各成分元素的结合能,特别是Ar+刻蚀前后膜表面组成和状态的变化,并与另一条件下制得的Y2BaCuO5非超导膜作了比较。探讨了Ar-刻蚀前后,超导膜表面状态和组成变化的原因。确定了YBa2Cu3O6·5+δ超导膜中各成分元素的结合能:Y3d5/2=156.3eV;Ba3d5/2=778.5eV;Cu2p3/2=933.5eV和Os=528·3eV,529.4eV。结果还表明:超导膜表面容易受H2O和CO2的侵蚀,生成BaCO2

Abstract: X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) has been used to study the YBa2Cu3O6·5+δ superconducting film on the ZrO2 substrate prepared by oxo-acid salts_thermo-reaction method.The results were compared with those obtained from the sample of Y2BaCuO5 non-superconducting film prepared in different conditions.It shows that there are differences between the two samples.The factors inducing the changes of surface states before and after Ar+ sputtering are discussed.The binding energy of constitution elements of YBa2Cu3O6·5+δ are as follows.Y3d5/2 = 156.3 eV, Ba3d5/2 = 778.5eV,Cu2p3/2 = 933.5eV and O1s = 528.3eV,529.4eV.After Ar+ sputtering, the Cu2+ state on surface was reduced to Cu+ and surface lattice damaged.It also shows that the surface of superconducting film is easy to be attacked by trace of H2O and CO3 forming BaCO2 on the surface.
