| Abstract: The extraction of thallium (Ⅲ) in various conditions from hydrochloric acid medium with di(2-cthylhcxyl) sulfoxide (DEHSO) in kerosene solution has been studied. The chemical composition of extracted species is determined by the methods of Job's ,saturation capacity,slope ratio,Asmus,molar conductivity and IR spectra. The extraction is found to proceed according to the reaction of H++TiCl4+2DHESO(o)⇔HTiCl4·2DEHSO(o). |
