金属蒸气法制备Fen/MgO-400催化剂

摘要: 作者应用一种新的方法,金属蒸气法,制备了负载金属催化剂Fen/MgO-400.对其进行了TEM,XRD,Mossbauer和化学吸附测定.TEM,XRD和化学吸附结果表明该催化剂Fen平均粒度很小(<1.7nm),分散度极高.Mossbauer谱表明Fen原子簇以零价态存在.作者还研究了Fen/MgO-400在F-T反应中的催化性质.

Abstract: A new method, the metal vapor method, was employed to prepare supported metal catalyst Fen/MgO-400. The iron atom precursor complex bis(tolucnc)iron(O)formed in the metal atom reactor was transfcrcd and impregnated(-78℃)into the MgO dchydroxylatcd at 400℃, followed by removal of the toluene under vacuum. Catalyst Fen/MgO-400 prepared in this way was characterized by TEM, XRD, Mossbaur and chcmisorption techniques, The results of TEM, XRD, and chcmisorption were in good agreement with each other and indicated the a-vcrage size of Fen particles was quite small(<1.7nm)and the dispersion was very high Mossbaucr measurement showed Fen clusters were in a zcrovalcnt state, thus indicating that no oxidation occurred during the preparation. The catalytic properties of Fen/MgO-400 in the Fischer-Tropsch reaction were also studied. The preliminary results showed that the activity of this catalyst for F-T catalysis began around 230℃ at 1 atm pressure and increased as the reaction temperature rose. The resultant hydrocarbon distribution does not obey Schulz-Flory behaviour. A relative higher selectivity for C2, C3 hydrocarbons was observed.
