2,3-二羟基-5-甲氧羰基苄基胺羧酰胺螯合剂与体内必需金属离子及铀酰离子配合物稳定性的研究

摘要: 在25℃、离子强度为0.1(KNO3)条件下用pH电位法测定了六个2,3-二羟基-5-甲氧羰基苄基胺羧酰胺螯合剂与铀酰离子及生命体系中一些必需金属离子的配合物的生成常数,讨论了金属配合物的配位物种、可能的配位结构和稳定性。

Abstract: he protonation constants of six 2,3-dihydroxy-5-carbomethoxybenzyl aminocarboxylic acid amides, compositions and formation constants of their metal chelates have been determined by potentiometric titration at 25℃ and ionic strength of 0.1(KNO3). The ferric chelates have been investigated by competing reactions with HEDTA in order to prevent from precipitation. The species, probable coordinating sites and stabilities of the chelates have been discussed.
