氯碳酸镁盐的溶解、转化机制及动力学研究 |
STUDY ON KINETIC MECHANISM OF DISSOLUTION AND TRANSFORMATION OF Mg-CHLOROCARBONATE |

摘要: 采用NH4HCO3溶液逐滴加入浓的MgCl2水溶液中,经回流沸腾制得氯碳酸镁盐的晶体2MgCO3·Mg(OH)2·MgCl2·6H2O.该复盐在水中的溶解分为三个阶段;可溶解的MgCl2被溶脱阶段,诱导阶段及转化阶段.发现最终产物为4MgCO3·Mg(OH)2·mH2O,m值与温度有关.采用不同的动力学模型进行处理.发现该复盐的溶解过程符合Stumm方程,受控于扩散.还计算了转化生成的不同结晶水碱式碳酸镁盐的结晶动力学方程.由实验结果证实了水菱镁矿是由氯碳酸镁盐转化形成的. |

Abstract: Mg-chlorocarbonate, 2MgCO3·Mg(OH)2·MgCl2·6H2O, was prepared by adding NH4HCO3, solution into boiling concentrated solution of MgCl2.The process of dissolution of this double salt has three stages: dissolution, induction and transformation. The inversion products were 4MgCO3·Mg(OH)2·mH2O. The value of m depends on temperature.The experiment showed that Mg-chlorocarbonate was transformated to final product 5MgO·CO2·5H2O. The experiment data of dissolution process have been fitted with STUMM EQUATION by computer and the kinetic equation of 4MgCO3·Mg(OH)2·mH2O with different water have been obtained. It indicated that the dissolution process may be controlled by diffusion. |
