锗(Ⅳ)─氨基酸息夫碱配合物的合成与表征

摘要: 以水杨醛和α─氨基酸(甘氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、丝氨酸、半胱氨酸、笨丙氨酸)缩合而成的息夫碱(简写为sal=aa·k)作为配体,与四氯化锗作用生成GeCl4·(sal=aa·k)2型的配合物,并通过元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、核磁共振、紫外─可见光谱、热分析等手段研究了配合物的组成和性质.

Abstract: Condensation of cquimolar quantitics of salicylaldehyde and α-amino aeid(glycinc,alaine, valine, Icucine. phenylalaninc,serine,cystcrin)in absolute methanol-KOH gives the amino-acid schiff bases.Their germanium tetrachloride adducts of the type GeCl4(sal=aa·k)2 have been prepared and characterized by clemental analyses, conductance measurements,IR and 1H-NOR spectra. electronic spectra and thermal analyses, etc. The complexes were either insoluble or only slightly soluble in most organic solvents exeept for DM F,DMSO.Molar conductancc measurements indicate they are ionic compounds. Elemental analysis confirms the 1:2(M:L)stoichiometry of the complexes. The IR spectra and 1H-NMR spcctra of the ligands and the complexes indicate that the schiff bases acted as monodentate ligands coordinating with the metal through their azomcthine nitrigen atom.
