摘要: 用直接沉淀法,采用玻璃反应瓶,在常温常压条件下制备α-磷酸锆(α-ZrP),并采用XRD、IR、SEM、TPDE和DG-DTA等方法对其进行了表征。结果表明α-磷酸锆的结晶度较高,层间距7.66A。晶体结构中有-HPO4基团存在,含有一种结晶水,-HPO4基团中的羟基与结晶水以氢键相连。其晶体平均粒径约2 μm,呈薄片状。α-ZrP晶体的结晶水在90~200℃之间被脱除,层板羟基在200℃开始缓慢脱除,到6

Abstract: Crystalline samples of α-Zr(HPO4)2·H2O (α-ZrP) have been prepared by a modified method involving complexation of zirconium with fluoride ions in a glass vessel, followed by reaction with phosphoric acid at room temperature. The material was characterized by XRD, IR, SEM, TPDE and TG-DTA. The product is highly crystalline with an interlayer spacing of 7.65A, showing that ageing at high temperatures is not necessary to produce a crystalline material. A single type of water molecule and the group -O3P(OH) are contained in its crystal structure, a hydrogen bond being formed between the water and the hydroxyl group in the layer. The particles of α-ZrP are flakes of about 2 μm in size. α-ZrP shows high thermal stability, the water of crystallization being lost between 90℃ and 200℃, with the hydroxyl groups in the layers being dehydrated between 200℃ and 600℃.
