硝酸双-(1,10-二氮杂菲)苯乙酸锌(Ⅱ)配合物的合成和晶体结构

摘要: 合成了标题化合物晶体。经X射线单晶结构分析确定该化合物晶体的化学结构式为[Zn(phen)2PAC]NO3·2HPAC(phen=1,10-二氮杂菲,HPAC=苯乙酸)。结构中Zn(Ⅱ)与一个苯乙酸和二个1,10-二氮杂菲形成不规则八面体配合物,苯乙酸为双齿配位。

Abstract: The title complex was synthesized. The structural formula of the complex was confirmed as [Zn(phen)2(PAC)]NO3·HPAC(phen=1,10-phenanthroline, HPAC=phenylacetic acid) by X-ray analysis of single crystal. The structure determination revealed that a Zn(Ⅱ) atom is bonded to two oxygen atoms from a phenylacetato group and four nitrogen atoms from two 1,10-phenanthroline forming a distorted octahedron. The complex belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with cell dimensions: a=10.410(1)?,b=13.773(1)?, c=16.302(1)?; α=104.05(1)°, β=108.33(1)°, γ=83.96(1)°, V=2151.2(6)?3, Z=2 and R=0.061, RW=0.074.
