摘要: 不同Cd2+离子浓度引起的人红细胞相对溶血率及临界溶血浓度CH0已经测定,CH0=2.5×10-4mol·L-1。Cd2+跨膜进入人红细胞遵从一级动力学过程,其一级速率常数为1.2×10-2h-1。阴离子通道抑制剂DIDS及K+,Na+-ATPase抑制剂均可部分抑制人红细胞摄入Cd

Abstract: The Cd 2+-induced relative hemolysis rate and critical hemolysis concentration(CH0) of human erythrocythes were determined, CH0 is 0.25mmol·L-1. The uptake of human erythrocythes for Cd 2+ followed a first order kinetic process with rate constant k =1.2×10-2 h-1. DIDS and Oubain, the former is inhibitor of anion channel and the latter is of Na+, K+ ATP ase, all inhibited partly the cellular uptake of Cd 2+. The concentration of Cl- and pHvalues in medium effected the cellular uptake. The uptake amount of Cd increased lineally with concentrations of Cd2+ outside the cells. These results indicated that the uptake of human erythrocytes for Cd 2+ is a complex process involving simple passive diffusion, carrier transfer through aniom channel and active transport.
