| Abstract: The last two decades progress in the studies on coordination chemistry between Chitin/Chitosan, their derivatives with transition metal ions, alkali metals ions and noble metal ions, and the applications of their complexes in various aspects such as catalysis, biology and medicine, hydrometallurgy, textile industry as well as chromatographic separation, were briefly reviewed. |
