| Abstract: T-Aluminium phosphate(AIPO4) was usually synthesized by water-thermal method with 20 day 950℃.The experimental results indicate that AIPO4 can be prepared by solid-state syntheses in existed different templates at low temperature (150℃ ) and in short time (2 hours), respectively, and they were characterized by chemical analysis, ICP, IR, XRD. |
