环糊精及其衍生物的超分子晶体结构研究进展

摘要: 本文对近年来有关环糊精、环糊精衍生物以及它们与各类客体组装成的超分子包合物的晶体结构研究进行了简要概述。

Abstract: Cyclodextrins (CDs) are cyclic oligosaccharides consisting of six or more D-glucose units. One of most prominent properties of these compounds is the formation of inclusion compounds with a variety of guest molecules. Since the first success in 1965 for the structure determination of theα-cyclodextrin inclusion compound with potassium acetate, structures of more than 100 crystalline inclusion compounds have been reported. X-ray crystallography has been a major source of information about the three-dimensional structure of the host-guest interactions. In this paper a review is presented on the advancement of supramolecular structure of inclusion compounds for cyclodextrins and their derivatives.
