控制沉淀法制备不同形貌的碳酸钙超细粉
Preparation of Ultrafine CaCO3 with Different Morphologies by Controlled Precipitation Method

摘要: 本文报道了一种成功合成不同形貌的碳酸钙(CaCO3)超细粉的简单方法,可以获得包括链状、片状、棒状、球形、斜方、以及中空球形的超细碳酸钙粉末。产品用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)进行了表征和检测。文中对影响产品晶型和形貌的主要因素进行了讨论,以期有助于理解碳酸钙超细粉的成核与生长机理。

Abstract: Calcium carbonate(CaCO3) ultrafine particles with different morphologies, including chain like, flake, rod, rhombohedral, spherical and hollow spherical were successfully synthesized by a controlled precipitation method. The products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The main factors to influence the crystal structures and morphologies of CaCO3 in preparation process are discussed, which is helpful to understand the crystal nucleation and growth of CaCO3 ultrafine particles.
