摘要: 催化剂是影响CVD法制备碳纳米管的主要因素。本文报道了用配合浸渍法制备的催化剂在碳纳米管制备中的应用。XRD和TEM研究表明与普通浸渍法制备的催化剂B-Co/SiO2相比用配合浸渍法制备的催化剂A-Co/SiO2颗粒小金属分散度高生成碳纳米管的温度低。对于配合浸渍法制备的催化剂A-Co/SiO2低温650~750℃有利于生成直径小且管径均匀的碳纳米管高温800~900℃容易生成直径大且层数多的碳纳米管或碳纳米棒。

Abstract: The effect of preparing methods for s upported cobalt catalysts on the syn theses of carbon nan-otubes has been studied.XRDand TEMa nalyses show that catalyst(A-Co/SiO2),prepared by complex impregnation supporting me thod,has smaller cobalt grain size a nd better dispersion than its reference catalyst(B-Co /SiO2)prepared by traditional method.Exp eriments indicate catalyst A-Co /SiO2 more suitable for the syntheses of ca rbon nanotubes by the CVDprocess.Du ring the preparation of the catalyst,the volatilization of the complex builder(NH3)could result in some of small hollow structures that may induce a higher l ocal partial pressure,hence promote the growth of carbon nanotubes.The experimental results also show that,for catalyst A-Co /SiO2,low temperature(923~1023K)is favorable for the production of th inner carbon nanotubes with the diam eter from 20nm to 50nm while higher temperatur e(1073~1173K)is favorable for the production of mu lti-wall,thicker carbon nanotubes(diameter from 70nm to 120nm)or carbon nanorods.
