摘要: 核酸与各类物质的相互作用与探测核酸的结构与功能密切相关是揭示核酸的生物功能和一些药物的作用机制的重要途径。本文研究了染料ZR、甲酚红、苏木色精等与DNA的作用给出它们在不同结合数下的生成常数。此外还求取了它们的能量转移效率、给体受体之间的距离。 |

Abstract: Interaction of nucleic acid with various substances is closely related t o detecting the structure and function of nucleic acid,which i s an important way of discovering bio logical function of nucleic acid and action mechanism of some dru gs.In this article,the interaction s of dye ZR,cresol red,and hematoxylin etc with DNAhave been studied,and the association constant with different binding numbers has also been obtained;Furthermore,we have also got the energy t ransferring efficiency and the distance of donor and accepto r. |
