摘要: 分别研究了三价稀土离子、稀土离子和钙调蛋白(CaM)的复合物以及作为稀土离子配体的二乙三胺五乙酸(DTPA)及其衍生物二乙三胺五乙酸-双二甲酰胺(DTPA-BDMA)和二乙三胺五乙酸-双(异烟肼)(DTPA-BIN)对乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性的影响.结果表明稀土离子浓度小于3μmol·L-1时对酶活性具有轻微的激活作用,离子浓度增大到6μmol·L-1后则开始表现出抑制作用;钙调蛋白可以缓解这种抑制作用;二乙三胺五乙酸及其衍生物在浓度超过5μmol·L |

Abstract: In this paper,the effects of rare earth ions(La3+,Eu3+,Dy3+,Yb3+) and their complexes with calmodulin on the activity of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)were investigated.The results reveal that whether binding with calmodulin or not,rare earth ions show a minor activ ation effects on LDH when their concentrations are less than 3μmol·L-1,but indicate some strong inhibitory effects on LDH activity when the concentrations are above 5μmol·L-1.Calmodulin,which is a calcium-dep endent regulator,can stimulate LDH activity and release the inhibitory effects of rare earth ion.Di-ethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (DTPA) and its derivatives bisdimethylami de-diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid(DTPA-BDMA),bisisonicotinyl-diethylenetria mine pentaacetic acid(DTPA-BIN),which are often used as ligands to metal ions,inhibit LDH activity when th eir concentrations are above 5μmol·L-1.Calmodulin can also release their in hibitory effects at the same time. |
