[Co(tp)2(Me3-en)]ClO4手性配位氮的翻转动力学研究

摘要: 用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定了水溶液中碱催化下异构体(差向立体异构体):△(S)Λ(R)和△(R)Λ(S)-[Co(tp)2(Me2-en)]C1O4(tp:2-羟基-2,4,6-环庚三烯-1-酮负离子;Me3-en:N,N,N'-三甲基乙二胺)手性配位氮的翻转(差向立体异构化)速率常数kep(34.0℃).研究结果发现,碱催化下手性配位氮的翻转作用具有二级反应动力学方程:V=kep

Abstract: The rates of OH--catalyzed inversion(epimerization,kep)at the chiral coordinated amine ni-trogen atom of the isomers(epimers):Δ(S)Λ(R)andΔ(R)Λ(S)-[Co (tp)2(Me3-en)]ClO4(tp =univalent anion of tropolone;Me3-en =N,N,N’-trimethylethylenedia mine)in aqueous solution have been measured at 34.0℃ by HPLC method,and the results were compared with t hose of related complexes.It was found that the kinetic equation of inversion(epimerization)gave the second-order form:v=kep[complex][OH-],the kep value for[Co (tp)2(Me3-en)]ClO4 was ca.one order mag-nitude as large as that for[Co(tp)2(Me-en)]ClO4 ,and that theΔ(R)Λ(S)-isomer of[Co(tp)2(Me3-en)]ClO4 has the larger value of inversion rate constant thanΔ(S)Λ(R)-isomer.
