铒离子及其阳离子卟啉配合物对金黄色葡萄球菌生长的抑制和刺激作用
Inhibition and Stimulating Effect of Er3+ and Its Cationic Monoporphyrinate Complex on Growth of Staphylococcus Aureus

摘要: 用微量热法研究了Er3+、TMP{TMP=5,10,15,20-四(4-甲氧基苯基)卟啉}及其阳离子铒卟啉配合物[Er(TMP)(H2O)3]Cl对金黄色葡萄球菌生长作用的生物热动力学特征,求算了在Er3+、TMP和[Er(TMP)(H2O)3]Cl作用下,金黄色葡萄球菌生长的热动力学参数。实验结果表明:TMP对金黄色葡萄球菌生长的作用表现为单向的抑制作用,而Er3+和[Er(TMP)(H2O)3]Cl对金黄色葡萄球菌的生长有双向调节作用。在低浓度下,Er3+对金黄色葡萄球菌生长的刺激作用强于[Er(TMP)(H2O)3]Cl;在较高浓度下,[Er(TMP)(H2O)3]Cl对金黄色葡萄球菌生长的抑制作用显著强于Er3+。对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌活性为:[Er(TMP)(H2O)3]Cl>>TMP>Er3+。对相互作用机理做了初步探讨。

Abstract: The biological thermokinetic characteristics for actions of Er3+, TMP {TMP=5, 10, 15, 20-tetrakis (4′-methoxyphenyl) porphyrin}and their cationic monoporphyrinate complex [Er(TMP)(H2O)3]Cl on the growth of Staphylococcus aureus were studied by microcalorimetry at 37.00 ℃. The thermokinetic parameters of the growth of Staphylococcus aureus under actions of the compounds with different concentrations were obtained. The experimental results show that TMP has single biological effect, but Er3+ and [Er(TMP)(H2O)3]Cl have duplex biological effect. The stimulating effect of Er3+ on the growth of Staphylococcus aureus was stronger than that of [Er(TMP)(H2O)3]Cl at lower concentration, and the inhibition activity of [Er(TMP)(H2O)3]Cl on the growth of the Staphylococcus aureus was stronger than that of Er3+ at higher concentration. The order of the inhibition activities was: [Er(TMP)(H2O)3]Cl>>TMP > Er3+. The interactive mechanism of these three compounds with Staphylococcus aureus is discussed.
