摘要: 设计了一种新的乙酸酐改性魔芋葡苷聚糖(KGM-AE)作为高分子模板,通过调节模板剂的改性度、模板剂溶液浓度以及Zn2+离子浓度,探讨了ZnS纳米粒子形成的机理,制备出了大小及形貌可控的纳米ZnS。利用IR、ICP-AES、XRD、TEM等对ZnS结构进行了表征,并测定了纳米ZnS光限幅性能,结果显示纳米ZnS溶液均呈现出明显的光限幅性能。 |

Abstract: ZnS nanocrystals were prepared by using a novel macromolecular template (KGM-acetic ester) with controllable molecular structure as macro-reactor. The effect of the different reactive conditions on the size and shape of ZnS nanoparcticles was studied by varying substitution degree of template molecule, concentration of template molecule solution and Zn2+, respectively. The ZnS nanoparticles were characterized by ICP-AES, IR, X-ray, TEM. The optical limiting properties of ZnS nanocrystals were investigated. The results reveal that the size, shape, and structure of ZnS nanoparticles in the KGM-AE molecular template solution with 0.5% concentration and 0.62 substitution degree can be controlled by changing Zn2+ concentration. These ZnS nanopaticle all possess optical limiting effects to a laser with 40 ns pulses width at the wavelength of 532 nm. |
