Abstract: SO42-/TiO2 photocatalysts doped with various ions (W, La, N) were prepared . The prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD, IR and UV-Vis. Their photocatalytic activity for the oxidation of o-nitrophenol under light irradiation was also investigated. Results show that photocatalytic activities of the doped samples are improved in the order of N < La < W. The soaking concentration of H2SO4 and the calcination temperature has great effect on the activity.
