摘要: 以氯化锌、氯化镉和硫化钠为原料,采用巯基乙醇为表面修饰剂,H2O/DMF为溶剂,制得未团聚且分散均匀的纳米晶溶液,同时得到表面富含羟基基团不同锌镉组成的复合ZnxCd1-xS纳米晶。利用FTIR、EDS、UV-Vis、XRD、荧光光谱(PL)考察了复合纳米晶结构和光学性能的关系,并利用紫外灯摄像技术对ZnxCd1-xS纳米晶的光致发光性能进行

Abstract: Zinc chloride, cadmium chloride and sodium sulfide were used as raw materials to fabricate hydroxyl coated ZnxCd1-xS nanocrystals with 2-mercaptoethanol (ME) as the organic ligand. The nanocrystals as prepared were well dispersed in H2O/DMF solution without any aggregation. The structure and optical properties of the these nanocrystals were studied by FTIR, UVVis, XRD, EDS and photoluminescence spectrum (PL). The digital camera was also used to directly take the photos of ZnxCd1-xS nanocrystals under UV-lamp. The results indicate that these nanocrystals are with good photoluminescence properties and the formation of robust bonding between ZnS nanocrystals and the organic ligand occurs in this case. It is also shown that optical materials with wavelength ranging from ultraviolet to visible light can be achieved by properly controlling Cd2+ doping concentration along with using 2-mercaptoethanol (ME) as the organic ligand.
