摘要: 利用溶胶-凝胶法在850 ℃合成了硅酸盐氧基磷灰石ALa9(SiO4)6O2.5(A=Ca、Sr和Ba),经XRD表征所得产品为磷灰石相。以电化学阻抗谱研究了ALa9(SiO4)6O2.5的导电性能,发现A的原子半径越大,体系的电导率越高,活化能却减小。在700 ℃时BaLa9(SiO4)

Abstract: Silicate apatites ALa9(SiO4)6O2.5(A=Ca, Sr and Ba) were synthesized via a sol-gel method at 850 ℃, the apatite phases have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), and conducting properties was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS). It is found that the electrical conductivities of ALa9(SiO4)6O2.5(A=Ca, Sr, Ba) increases with increasing radius of A2+ cations, whilst the activation energy decreases. At 700 ℃, the conductivity of BaLa9(SiO4)6O2.5 is 5.57×10-3 S·cm-1, it is about 8.5 times higher than that of CaLa9(SiO4)6O2.5. Transport number of oxygen ion and the dependence of electrical conductivity on oxygen partial pressure indicate that the charge carriers of the silicate oxyapatite are oxygen ions.
