一维链状钴(Ⅱ)和锰(Ⅱ)配合物的合成及结构表征

摘要: 本文以乙酰丙酮和1R,2R-环己二胺进行缩合得到N,N′-双(乙酰丙酮)-1R,2R-环己二胺的Schiff碱配体L,再分别同CoCl2·6H2O和MnCl2·4H2O进行配位反应,得到了2个配合物[CoLCl2]n (1)和[MnLCl2(C2H5OH)·H2O]n(2),并用元素分析,FTIR和X-射线单晶结构分析进行了表征。配合物1和2的晶体均属于正交晶系,空间群分别是Fddd和P212121。在化合物1中,每个Co(Ⅱ)的配位环境均为扭曲四面体,在化合物2中,每个Mn(Ⅱ)的配位环境都是三角双锥。2个配合物中每个配体L通过其两臂乙酰丙酮亚胺单元的端基氧原子同2个金属离子配位桥联形成一维螺旋链结构。

Abstract: The Schiff base ligand L [N,N′-bis(acetylacetone)-1R,2R-diaminocyclohexane] was synthesized from con-densation reaction of 1R,2R-diaminocychohexane with acetyacetone. CoCl2·6H2O and MnCl2·4H2O react, respec-tively with L to give two complexes [CoLCl2]n(1) and [MnLCl2(C2H5OH)·H2O]n(2), and they were characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR and X-ray diffraction single-crystal structure analyses. The results of structural analysis indicate that both complexes crystallize in the orthorhombic, space group Fddd and P212121 for 1 and 2, respectively. The coordination environment of Co(Ⅱ) is a distorted tetrahedron, and that of Mn(Ⅱ) is a trigonal bipyramid. In the two complexes, each L ligand links two metal atoms using two terminal oxygen atom from acacH-imine units belonging to two L ligands to generate a helical one-dimensional (1D) chain structure.
