分等级球状TiO2纳米结构的合成、表征和光催化活性

摘要: 以TiCl3作为钛源,添加聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)和尿素,采用水热方法合成了分等级球状TiO2纳米结构。利用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、Raman光谱、氮气吸附-脱附分析和紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)对产物的形貌、晶相组成、孔结构和紫外-可见光谱性质进行了表征。结果表明,制备的直径为400~600 nm的球状TiO2纳米结构由粒径为20~40 nm的纳米粒子组装而成。PAM和尿素对分等级球状TiO2纳米结构的形貌和晶相组成有着重要影响。对紫外光照射下分等级球状TiO2纳米结构在甲基橙降解中的光催化活性也进行了研究。

Abstract: Nanostructured assembly of hierarchical spherical TiO2 were synthesized via an hydrothermal route using TiCl3 as Ti source, polyacrylamide(PAM) and urea as additives. The morphology, crystal phases, porous structures and UV-Vis spectra of the product was characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), Raman spectroscopy, nitrogen adsorption-desorption analysis and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-Vis DRS). The results show that the nanostructured spherical TiO2 in a diameter range of 400~600 nm are assembled by 20~40 nm nanoparticles. PAM and urea play an important role on morphology and crystal phases of the nanostructured hierarchical spherical TiO2. The photocatalytic activity of the nanostructured hierarchical spherical TiO2 was also investigated in the degradation of methyl orange under UV light.
