杂多酸掺杂聚苯胺微米棒、微米球的合成、表征及气敏性能研究

摘要: 分别以直径约为0.2 mm的细铜丝和直径约为1 mm的细铜丝环为模板,制得了H4SiMo12O40掺杂的不同微观结构的聚苯胺材料,用红外光谱(IR)、X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及透射电镜(TEM)对其进行了表征,讨论了模板形态对聚合产物结构的影响。常温下,通过对聚苯胺的气敏性能测试,得知以细铜丝环为模板合成的聚苯胺的气敏性能更好,即聚苯胺微米球对100 μL·L-1 NH3的响

Abstract: Different micro-morphology polyaniline materials doped with H4SiMo12O40 were obtained by the template method using the thin copper wires with 0.2 mm in diameter and thin copper rings with 1 mm in diameter as the template. The polyaniline materials were characterized by IR,XRD,SEM and TEM, the effect of the template morphology on the polymers structure was studied. The polyaniline using thin copper rings as the template had better gas sensitivity through the testing of gas sensitivity of polyaniline at room temperature, thereinto, the polyaniline microspheres had the shortest response time to 100 μL·L-1 NH3, the highest sensitivity. The sensing machinasm of polyaniline was also studied.
