双锥状纳米晶TiO2微管的制备及其光催化性能

摘要: 本文采用模板法与溶胶-凝胶法结合,以脱脂棉为模板制备出了TiO2中空微管光催化材料。利用红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)对其在不同煅烧温度下产物的表面形貌及晶型进行了表征。以甲基橙的脱色降解为模式反应,考察了宏观形貌及煅烧温度对TiO2光催化性能的影响。结果表明:以脱脂棉为模板制得的TiO2中空微管直径3~8 μm、壁厚0.5~1 μm,TiO2晶体直径为30~80 nm,长径比约为5∶1,呈双锥状结构,微管样品在酸性条件下30 min内对甲基橙催化降解效率提高了约16%~40%。

Abstract: Combining the template and sol-gel method, the bipyramid crystal TiO2 photocatalysis material was synthesized using cotton template. The surface morphology and crystal characterization of the samples obtained at different calcination temperatures were characterized by the SEM, TEM and the X-ray diffractometry. By the methylene orange degradation as the model reaction, the effect of temperature and the macroscopic morphology on the photocatalysis property of the TiO2 microtubules were investigated. The results indicated the microtubules were synthesized. The diameter of the microtubules was between 3 μm and 8 μm, the wall thickness was between 0.5 μm and 1 μm. The catalysis efficiency of microtubule samples on the methylene orange degradation in 30 min was improved by about 16%~40% under the acid condition.
