摘要: 本文采用水热法,以KMnO4和Mn(C2H3O2)2为锰源,在250 ℃反应24 h合成了高各向异性的GdMn2O5、SmMn2O5和YbMn2O5纳米粉体。利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、选区电子衍射(SAED)、和高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)对产物的结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的ReMn2O5(Re=Gd,Sm,Yb)均为正交相结构。反应溶液中碱性矿化剂浓度对产物的形貌和尺寸有重要的影响。通过实验结果分析了纳米结构的形成机理。 |

Abstract: Single-phase ReMn2O5(Re=Gd, Sm and Yb) nanostructures have been successfully synthesized via a simple hydrothermal process at 250 ℃ for 24 h using KMnO4 and Mn(C2H3O2)2 as manganese sources. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and selective area electron diffraction patterns (SAED) were used to characterize the as-synthesized samples. The results reveal that the as-synthesized ReMn2O5(Re=Gd, Sm and Yb) are of orthorhombic structure. The effect of NaOH concentration on the structures and size of the final products has been studied, and a possible formation mechanism of ReMn2O5(Re=Gd, Sm and Yb) was proposed based on the experiment results. |
