摘要: 采用固相化学反应法制备了一系列CuO-CeO2催化剂,并用X-射线衍射(XRD)、程序升温还原(H2-TPR)和氮吸附等技术对样品进行了表征,利用微反-色谱装置考察了其催化CO低温氧化反应的活性,研究了CuO含量和催化剂焙烧温度对CuO-CeO2催化活性的影响。结果表明,随着CuO含量的增加,CuO-CeO2的催化活性提高,至不小于15%时达到稳定;随焙烧温度的升高,CuO-CeO2的催化活性先提高,至650 ℃时达到最大,之后又降低。CuO-CeO2的催化活性与其CuO的还原性之间有较好的对应关系。

Abstract: A series of CuO-CeO2 catalysts were prepared by solid-state chemical reaction and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), temperature-programmed reduction with hydrogen(H2-TPR) and N2 adsorption-desorption techniques. Their catalytic performances for low temperature oxidation of CO were evaluated by using a microreactor-GC system. The effects of CuO content and catalyst calcination temperature on the performance of the CuO-CeO2 catalysts were investigated. The results show that the catalytic activity of the prepared CuO-CeO2 is increased with CuO content and remains constant when CuO content is not less than 15%. On the other hand, the CO conversion first increases with calcination temperature, and then decreases, with a maximum at 650 ℃. The catalytic activity of CuO-CeO2 for CO oxidation is well correlated with the reducibility of CuO.
