摘要: 手性联萘酚高分子由单体(R)-3,3′-二炔基-6,6′-二正丁基-2,2′-联萘酚(R-M-1)和对苯二叠氮(M-1)通过CuAAC反应得到,通过 1H NMR、13C NMR、FTIR、旋光度、GPC、热分析、荧光光谱等方法对单体和高分子进行了结构表征和性能测试。该高分子是通过“Click”反应得到的手性联萘酚高分子,本文探讨了手性高分子传感器对各种金属离子的荧光传感性质,结果表明,与其他离子如K+、Mg2+、Pb2+、Co2+、Ni2+、Ag+、Cd2+、Cu2+、Zn2+等相比,Hg2+几乎使高分子荧光完全淬灭。这表明,以三氮唑基团作为连接基团和识别位点的高分子可作为有效识别Hg2+的荧光化学传感器。 |

Abstract: The optically active polybinaphthols incorporating triazole moiety in the polymer main chain could be obtained by the polymerization of (R)-6,6′-dibutyl-3,3′-diethynyl-2,2′-binaphthol (R-M-1) and 1,4-diazidobenzene (M-1) via Click reaction. The responsive optical properties of the polymer on various metal ions were investigated by fluorescence spectra. The results indicate that this kind of triazole moiety as a receptor shows excellent fluorescence response on Hg2+ detection without interference from other metal ions. |
