摘要: 采用溶胶-凝胶法结合浸泽提拉技术在玻璃基底上制备出了La1-xSrxMnO3(x=0、0.1、0.2、0.4)纳米薄膜。利用TG/DTA、FTIR、XRD、FESEM、UV-Vis探讨了反应温度、配合剂和添加剂的用量及薄膜层数对薄膜结构和表面形貌的影响。结果表明,制备出的La1-xSrxMnO3多层薄膜具有钙钛矿结构,其表面致密均匀,粒径在30 nm左右,其四层薄膜的平均厚度为98.8 nm。光催化性能研究表明,Sr2+的引入使薄膜的电子转移更容易,且当x为0.2时薄膜的光催化活性最好,在9 h内对酸性红A的脱色率达到96%。

Abstract: The La1-xSrxMnO3(x=0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.4) nanometer films were prepared by using the sol-gel method and dip-coating technique with glass as substrate. It is found from the results of TG/DTA, FTIR, XRD, FESEM, UV-Vis that reaction temperature, dosage of additive and complexing agent and layer number play key roles in the structure and surface topography of the film. The results also show that the layered La1-xSrxMnO3 films are perovskite structure and their surfaces are compact and homogeneous. The grain size and average thickness of four-layer films are ~30 nm and 98.8 nm, respectively. The photocatalytic activity of La1-xSrxMnO3(x>0) films for degradation of Acid red A is better than that of LaMnO3 films. When x=0.2, the decoloration rate could be up to 96% in 9 h.
