聚苯胺/二氧化锡杂化材料的制备、表征及气敏性测试

摘要: 文章采用水热法、苯胺原位聚合法制备了聚苯胺/二氧化锡(PAn/SnO2)杂化材料,用FTIR、XRD、TEM、XPS等多种手段对产物进行表征,并在较低操作温度下(室温、60 ℃和90 ℃)测试其对乙醇、氢气、一氧化碳和氨气的气敏性能。结果表明,苯胺单体在SnO2的表面发生原位聚合,得到核壳型PAn/SnO2杂化材料。气敏性实验发现,当测试温度升高到90 ℃时,PAn/SnO2杂化材料对乙醇气体表现出较好的选择性,并且响应、恢复时间短,可逆性好,适于在较宽浓度范围对乙醇气体进行检测。

Abstract: PAn/SnO2 hybrid materials were prepared by hydrothermal and polymeric method, and characterized by FTIR, XRD, TEM and XPS. The gas sensitivity of PAn/SnO2 hybrid to ethanol, H2, CO and NH3 was also studied at low temperature (room temperature, 60 ℃ and 90 ℃). It was found that An polymerized at the surface of SnO2 and core-shell type PAn/SnO2 hybrids formed. When the operating temperature reached 90 ℃, PAn/SnO2 hybrid materials had selectivity to ethanol gas, showed short response-recovery time and good reversibility, and could detect ethanol gas at a wide concentration range.
