改进的两温区气相输运法合成碘化铅(PbI2)多晶

摘要: 采用改进的两温区气相输运合成方法(MTVTM)合成PbI2多晶原料,简化了合成工艺,有效避免了合成安瓿爆炸。XRD分析结果表明:新方法合成的PbI2多晶原料纯度高,具有2H结构,P3ml空间群,晶格常数a=b=0.456 0 nm,c=0.697 9 nm。以此为原料,用垂直布里奇曼法(VBM)生长出电阻率达1013 Ω·cm的PbI2单晶体。

Abstract: High-purity and single-phase PbI2 polycrystals were synthesized by a modified two-zone vapor transporting method (MTVTM). The method is easy in operation and can effectively prevent the ampoule from exploding. XRD results indicate that the structure of PbI2 crystal is 2H with hexagonal space group of P3ml, the lattice constants of a and c are 0.456 0 nm and 0.697 9 nm, respectively. With the PbI2 polycrystal obtained in this work, an integral and high resistivity (about 1013 Ω·cm magnitude) PbI2 single crystal was obtained by Vertical Bridgman method(VBM).
