摘要: 对SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉材料在100~500 K温度之间的发光性能进行研究。实验结果表明,材料的荧光及余辉强度在特定温度区间内呈线性变化,在热释峰所在温度范围具有较好的发光性能。其变化规律表明SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉材料内部陷阱中电子的释放包括瞬时释放和延时释放两种类型,其中电子瞬时释放进而跃迁发光是荧光的组成部分,延时释放产生的跃迁则导致余辉发光。陷阱和电子的复合与陷阱中电子释放过程均随温度升高而增强,但温度过高时会发生热猝灭。材料荧光强度与余辉强度在特定温度区间内随温度呈线性变化关系表明其可以作为一种光纤温度传感材料。

Abstract: Luminescence property of SrAl2O4∶Eu2+, Dy3+ phosphors in different temperatures between 100 K and 500 K was studied in this paper. The results indicate that fluorescence and afterglow intensity take on linear change in certain temperature range and obtain perfect luminescence property at the temperature of thermo-luminescence peak of SrAl2O4∶Eu2+, Dy3+ phosphors. What is more, the regular changes between fluorescence or afterglow intensity of SrAl2O4∶Eu2+, Dy3+ phosphors and temperature reveal that the electron release process composes of instantaneous release process and time-lapse release process. The luminescence induced by instantaneous release process is the component of fluorescence and the time-lapse release process induces afterglow luminescence. These processes become active with the increase of circumstance temperature and appear temperature quenching when the circumstance temperature is too high. The fluorescence and afterglow intensity of SrAl2O4∶Eu2+, Dy3+ phosphors are changed linearly by circumstance temperature, which indicates its potential applications in fiber-optical thermometer material.
