Abstract: A nickel(Ⅱ) complex [Ni(en)3](L)2·3H2O (HL=2-phenyl-4-selenazole carboxylic acid, C10H7O2NSe, en= ethylenediamine), was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, Infrared radiation (IR) and thermal analysis. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction method. The complex, C26H42N8NiO7Se2, crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1, with cell parameters: a=1.156 73(3) nm, b=1.217 55(3) nm, c=1.263 26(3) nm, α=86.096(2)°, β=89.461(1)°, γ=69.321(1)°, cell volume: V=1.660 46(7) nm3, Z=2, relative molecular mass: Mr=795.29. The interaction between complex and DNA were studied by EtBr fluorescent probe. The antibacterial activity of the ligand and complex against six species of bacteria which are E.coli JM109, E. coli DH5a, S. epidermidis, S. aureus, baumanii, S. viridans were tested respectively. Also the inhibition of two compounds against normal cell 293T and tumor cell RAW 264.7 were tested. CCDC: 803433. |
