摘要: 采用水热法制备出了均匀有序的球形YVO4∶Eu3+发光材料,并用该法在其表面包覆一层基质材料GdVO4。XRD分析表明包覆前后的样品均为四方晶系锆英石结构的YVO4,且晶体发育良好。FTIR谱图观测到了V-O、Y-O伸缩振动吸收峰。SEM照片表明包覆前后样品均为均匀分散的纳米片组装的有序球形结构。XPS分析进一步证明形成了核壳结构的YVO4∶Eu3+@GdVO4发光材料。荧光光谱表明,YVO4∶Eu3+表面包覆GdVO4之后,发射光强度比未包覆的YVO4:Eu3+有所增强。

Abstract: Uniform ordered spherical YVO4∶Eu3+ luminescent materials and coating GdVO4 on their surface were synthesized by hydrothermal method. XRD patterns show that the samples before and after coated are all tetragonal zircon structured YVO4, and the crystal grows well. FTIR spectra present the V-O, Y-O stretching vibration absorption peaks. SEM images indicate that the samples before and after coated are all in ordered uniform spherical shape. XPS analysis further proves that the YVO4∶Eu3+@GdVO4 core-shell structure has been formed. Photoluminescence spectra show that the emission intensities of YVO4∶Eu3+@GdVO4 core-shell composite particles are higher than that of the YVO4∶Eu3+ core particles.
