勃姆石热转化过程的原位表征与分析

摘要: 基于溶胶-凝胶工艺制备勃姆石,采用同步热分析技术并结合N2吸附-脱附技术分析其热物理化学变化行为,运用原位变温X射线衍射技术表征其热转化过程中的相变。结果表明:勃姆石在热作用下,首先失去物理吸附水,随着温度升高,210 ℃开始失去化学吸附水,310 ℃后逐步发生脱羟基失水反应,在此过程中随着水分的逐渐失去,其BET比表面积和孔径逐渐增大;400 ℃由正交晶系变为立方晶系γ-Al2O3,900 ℃之后部分γ-Al2O3转变为四方晶系d-Al2O3,1 060 ℃开始转变为单斜晶系θ-Al2O3,1 200 ℃时样品基本转变为斜方六面体晶系α-Al2O3

Abstract: Boehmite (AlOOH) was synthesized by sol-gel method. The physicochemical process and phase transformation of AlOOH during thermal treatment were investigated by the simultaneous thermogravimetric analysis, N2 adsorption-desorption and in situ X-ray diffraction techniques. Upon heating, AlOOH lost the physicsorbed water first, the chemisorbed water was desorbed at 210 ℃, and the dehydroxylation was occurred at 310 ℃. In the process, since the water was gradually lost, the BET surface area and total pore volume increased. The orthorhombic AlOOH transformed to the cubic crystal γ-Al2O3 at 400 ℃, the tetragonal d-Al2O3 appeared after 900 ℃, it transformed to monoclinic θ-Al2O3 at 1 060 ℃, and it turned into rhombic hexahedron α-Al2O3 at 1 200 ℃.
