Cu(Ⅱ)助剂与石墨烯协同增强AgBr可见光光催化性能

摘要: 采用简单、低温的溶液浸渍法制备了Cu(Ⅱ)助剂和石墨烯共修饰的高效AgBr可见光光催化剂。降解甲基橙的实验结果表明:经Cu(Ⅱ)助剂与石墨烯协同修饰后的AgBr表现出很好的降解性能,其中Cu(Ⅱ)(0.5 mol·L-1)/AgBr-rGO(0.5wt%)具有最高性能(rGO代表还原石墨烯),速率常数是0.02731 min-1,是AgBr(0.00807 min-1)的3.38倍、AgBr-rGO(0.5%)(0.01598 min-1)的1.7倍、Cu(Ⅱ)(0.5 mol·L-1))/AgBr(0.01519 min-1)的1.8倍。Cu(Ⅱ)助剂与石墨烯复合协同作用增强光催化性能的原因是:Cu(Ⅱ)易于捕获光生电子,石墨烯比表面积大,可为Cu(Ⅱ)提供更多的还原位点,加快了AgBr上的光生电子-空穴对的有效分离。本研究可以为制备高性能AgBr光催化剂提供新的思路。

Abstract: In this study, a simple low-temperature solution-impregnation method was developed for the fabrication of highly efficient AgBr photocatalyst with cooperation effect of Cu(Ⅱ) cocatalyst and graphene. Photocatalytic experimental results for the depolarization of methyl orange (MO) aqueous solution indicated that the AgBr with cooperation effect of Cu(Ⅱ) cocatalyst and graphene displayed very good photocatalytic activity. Especially, Cu(Ⅱ)(0.5 mol·L-1)/AgBr-rGO(0.5wt%) (rGO, reduced graphene oxide) showed the highest photocatalytic activity with a rate constant 0.027 31 min-1, while this value is higher than that of the pure AgBr (0.008 07 min-1), AgBr-rGO (0.5%)(0.015 98 min-1) and Cu(Ⅱ) (0.5 mol·L-1)/AgBr (0.015 19 min-1) by a factor of 3.38, 1.7 and 1.8, respectively. The reason for enhanced photocatalytic performance is that Cu(Ⅱ) can quickly catch the photogenerated electrons from AgBr and graphene has large specific surface which may provide a lot reduction active sites for Cu(Ⅱ), resulting in a rapid separation of photogenerated electrons and holes. This work may provide the new insights for the preparation of high performance AgBr photocatalyst.
