含苯并咪唑基配体钴(Ⅱ)配合物的合成、晶体结构和儿茶酚酶活性
Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Catecholase Activity of the Cobalt(Ⅱ) Complex Containing Benzimidazole Ligand

摘要: 合成和表征了一种钴(Ⅱ)配合物,[CoLCl]2[CoLCl0.5(H2O)0.5]2ClO4·10H2O (1)(LH=(2-(二((1H-苯并咪唑-2-基)甲基)氨基)乙酸))。以3,5-二叔丁基儿茶酚(3,5-DTBC)为反应底物,用紫外光谱测试了1的儿茶酚酶催化活性。研究结果表明:在配合物的晶体结构中,不对称单元的2个Co(Ⅱ)都形成变形的三角双锥构型。在pH=5~11范围内,配合物1对3,5-DTBC的氧化显示了pH值依赖性,它的儿茶酚酶催化活性随着温度的升高而升高,并且其催化氧化3,5-DTBC的动力学符合米氏方程模型。

Abstract: A cobalt(Ⅱ) complex, [CoLCl]2[CoLCl0.5(H2O)0.5]2ClO4·10H2O (1) (LH=(2-(bis((1H-benzo[d]-imidazol-2-yl)methyl)amino)acetic acid)) has been synthesized and characterized. Its catecholase catalytic activity has been exploited by UV-Vis spectrophotometric study by using 3,5-di-tert-butylcatechol (3,5-DTBC) as the substrate. The results showed that two cobalt(Ⅱ) ions of the asymmetric unit were both coordinated by the ligands in a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal geometry in the crystal structure. Complex 1 exhibited pH value dependence for the oxidation of 3,5-DTBC in the range of pH 5 to 11, and its catecholase catalytic activity increased with increasing temperature. The kinetics of oxidation of 3,5-DTBC catalyzed by complex 1 accorded with the Michaelis-Mentent equation.
