Synthesis of Dual-Metal Functionalized MOF-74 and its Adsorption Properties |

摘要: 采用一步合成法制备了在无机构造单元金属节点上同时具有比例可调的Mn(Ⅱ)和Co(Ⅱ)的双金属MOF-74网络结构。经双金属功能化的单晶材料保持了与单金属MOF-74一致的结构及孔道,且两种金属大致均匀分布于晶格中。相对于Mn(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ)在合成MOF-74的过程中具有更快的配位及结晶速率,使得其在晶体中的比例高于反应溶液。双金属在同一框架结构内的配位促进了更多晶体内部局部缺陷的产生,使得Mn0.78Co1.22-MOF-74的比表面积相对于单金属的MOF-74材料有10%左右的提升。 |

Abstract: Dual-metal incorporated MOF-74 network structure was prepared by one-pot synthesis with Mn (Ⅱ)and Co (Ⅱ)uniformly distributed in the metal sites of the inorganic building blocks. The resulting frameworks functionalized by two kinds of metal ions with various ratios retain the same structure and channel compared to the single-metal MOF-74. Co (Ⅱ)coordinates with the linker and crystallizes faster than Mn (Ⅱ), resulting in higher ratio of Co (Ⅱ)in the crystals compared to the precursor solutions. Furthermore, incorporating two metals with distinct ion sizes have introduced more local defects in the single crystals, contributing to the porosity enhancement of 10% compared to the single-metal MOF-74. |
