摘要: 采用传统熔融法制备了Na2O-Y2O3-P2O5-SiO2前驱体玻璃,并对前驱体玻璃样品进行热处理,成功合成透明磷酸盐玻璃陶瓷。对玻璃陶瓷样品进行XRD分析确定玻璃基质中有Na3.6Y1.8(PO43晶体析出。讨论了热处理时间对玻璃陶瓷结晶度和晶粒尺寸的影响,确定热处理温度为655℃,热处理时间为2 h。比较Ho3+单掺和Ho3+-Yb3+共掺玻璃陶瓷上转换发光强度,确定Ho3+与Yb3+的最佳掺杂物质的量之比为1:2。同时讨论了Ho3+-Yb3+之间的能量转移。使用积分球测得样品的上转换发光量子效率。

Abstract: The Na2O-Y2O3-P2O5-SiO2 precursor glass was prepared by traditional melting method. The transparent phosphate glass-ceramic was successfully synthesized by heat treatment of the precursor glass sample. XRD patterns of glass-ceramics samples were carried out to determine the precipitation of Na3.6Y1.8(PO4)3 crystals in the glass matrix. The effect of heat treatment time on the crystallinity and grain size of glass ceramics were discussed. The heat treatment temperature was 655℃ and the heat treatment time was 2 h. By comparing the up-conversion luminescence intensity of Ho3+ doped glass-ceramics with that of Ho3+-Yb3+ co-doped glass-ceramics, the optimum doping molar ratio of Ho3+ to Yb3+ was determined to be 1:2. At the same time, the energy transfer between Ho3+-Yb3+ was discussed. The up-conversion luminescence quantum efficiency of the samples were measured by integrating sphere.
