Construction and photocatalytic properties toward rhodamine B of CdS/Fe3O4 heterojunction |

摘要: 利用简单的两步水热法合成了4种CdS、Fe3O4质量比不同的CdS/Fe3O4光催化剂。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对所制备样品的成分和形貌进行了研究。固体紫外反射光谱测试发现,CdS/Fe3O4纳米复合材料在整个光谱范围内都具有良好的光吸收性能,这有益于其光催化性能的提高。在可见光照射下,质量比为2∶5时CdS/Fe3O4(2∶5)表现出最佳的光催化性能,对罗丹明B的降解率为98.8%。另外,经过5次循环光降解反应后,罗丹明B的降解率为96.2%,表明CdS/Fe3O4(2∶5)光催化剂具有良好的光催化稳定性。 |

Abstract: A simple two-step hydrothermal method synthesized four different CdS/Fe3O4 photocatalysts with varying ratios of mass of CdS to Fe3O4. The composition and morphology of the prepared samples were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectrum, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Solid UV reflectance spectra testing found that CdS/Fe3O4 nanocomposites had good light absorption throughout the spectral range, promoting their photocatalytic properties. Under visible light irradiation, CdS/Fe3O4 (2:5) with a mass ratio of 2:5 exhibited excellent photocatalytic performance, with a degradation rate of 98.8% for rhodamine B. Furthermore, after five cycles of photocatalytic degradation reaction, the rhodamine B degradation rate remained at 96.2%, indicating that the photocatalysts have good photocatalytic stability. |
