摘要: 为了提高肿瘤治疗的疗效并减少副作用,开发了一种含二硫键的介孔磁性纳米药物载体(NH2-SMNPs)。该载体负载阿霉素(DOX)后,使用无毒的氧化普鲁兰作为门控材料,形成了oSMNPs/DOX纳米药物。该纳米药物展现出均匀的分散性、良好的载药能力和高饱和磁化强度,能够在肿瘤微环境中实现pH/GSH双响应药物释放,其释放率高达81.53%。此外,该纳米药物还表现出良好的生物相容性、有效的杀死癌细胞能力和细胞摄取能力。 |

Abstract: Herein, a mesoporous magnetic nanocarrier containing disulfide bonds (NH2-SMNPs) was developed to improve the efficacy of tumor treatment and reduce side effects. After loading the carrier with doxorubicin (DOX), a nontoxic pullulan oxide was used as a gating material to form the oSMNPs/DOX nanodrug. This nanodrug exhibited uniform dispersion, good drug-loading capacity, and high saturation magnetization, enabling pH/glutathione (GSH) dual-responsive drug release in the tumor microenvironment, with a release rate as high as 81.53%. Furthermore, this nanodrug demonstrated good biocompatibility, effective capability to kill cancer cells, and competent cellular uptake ability. |
