新型磷酸铝分子筛CNU-n(n=1,2,3)的研制及性质

摘要: 以季铵盐为模板剂,用水热法合成了文献上从未报导过的新型磷酸铝分子筛,CNU—n(n=1,2,3)。由x射线衍射图及红外光谱图的测定,表明这些样品经600℃焙烧后发生或多或少的骨架改变,最终形成“筛子”。用真空法测定水及几种碳氢化合物在CNU—n上的吸附等温线,结果表明CNU—1的孔径为0.3nm,CNU—2的孔径介于0.41及0.58之间,且CNU—3为大孔筛子,其孔径为0.8nm。

Abstract: The new family members of aluminophosphate molecular sieves-CNU -n(n=1,2,3) have been synthesized hydrothermally in the presence of quaternary ammonium templates. The determination of X-ray diffraction and IR-spectroscopy showed that framework topology of these samples were changed more or less after calcination at 600℃. DTA shows no structural collapse below ~950℃. The adsorption isotherms of water and several hydrocarbons were determined by gravimetric method. The results show that the pore size of CNU-1 is about 0.3nm,CNU-2 is 0.41nm to .58nm and CNU-3 having the largest pore size,0.8nm.
