Mg-Sm体系相图及其Sm2Mg13金属间化合物的研究

摘要: 本文借助于化学分析、X射线衍射、差热分析、金相和电子探针研究了Mg-Sm二元相图。发现并测定了金属间化合物,Sm2Mg13它属正交晶系,晶胞参数a=13.855Å、b=9.357、c=7.457Å。z=2, v=966.7Å3,dx=2.118克/厘米8(Dobs=2.127克/厘米8)。并得到一套衍射图谱。同时发现Mg-Sm二元体系有二个共晶反应,一个类共晶反应,三个化合物分解反应和三个多晶转变。

Abstract: The phase diagram of system Mg-Sm and intermetallic compound Sm2-Mg13 have been investigated by means of chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction, DTA, microstructure of alloys and microprobe. It is found that Sm2Mg13 is orthorhombic, with parameters a=13.855Å, b=9.357Å, c=7.457Å, v=966.7Å3, Z=2, Dx=2.118g/cm3(Dobs=2.127g/cm3). The powder diffraction data of Sm2Mg13 are listed. In the binary system Mg-Sm, there are two eutectics : 36 wt% Sm at 550℃ and 79wt% Sm at 720℃; one eutectoid : 95 wt% Sm at 604℃; three peritectics : Sm2Mg13 at 570℃, β-SmMg2 at 740℃, β-SmMg at 760℃ three allotropic transformations: SmMg, at 590℃, SmMg2 at 710℃, SmMg at 743℃.
