双酞菁镥电学性能的研究

摘要: 测量了(Pc2Lu)H的电阻温度特性曲线、伏安特性曲线和交流电导.室温时电阻率(ρ)为1.2×105Ωcm,激活能△E为0.21eV,不受气氛的影响.伏安特性曲线上转折点电场强度约为7×102V/cm.当频率达107Hz时,ρ才到达平衡,从这里估算出,迁移率约在0.1cm2/V.sec左右.由于(PczLu)H的夹心结构和分子间的氢键,非常有利于载流子的输运.其导电机理为非本征定域化的跳跃电导.

Abstract: We have studied the electrical properties of diphthalocyanine lutetium(Pc2Lu)H by measuring the resistance-temperature characteristic curve, Volt-ampere curve and A. C. conduct on.Its room temperature resistivity p and excitation energy △E were 1.2×105 Ω·cm and 0.21 eV respectively. Both values of p and △E were not influenced by atmosphere of air, hydrogen and vacuum. The inflection point of,field strength at Volt-ampere curve was 7×l02 V/cm. When the measuring frequency was 102 Hz in A.C. measurement, p reached a value of minimum balance. From these results, we estimated that its mobility was 0.1 cm2/V·sec.The sandwith structure of(Pc2Lu)H and the existence of the inter-molecular hydrogen bond are adventageous to the transport of the carrier of(Pc2Lu)H. We suggest that the mechanism of conduction is extrinsic localized hopping conduction.
