氯化血红素/热解石墨电极对单加酶的模拟——Ⅰ.电极表面氯化血红素的表征

摘要: 氯化血红素(Ha)能较稳定地吸附在热解石墨电极表面上,该电极在0.5MH2SO4水溶液中循环伏安法研究表明,在100mV(vs.SCE)和-170mV(vs.SCE)附近有两对峰,分别指认为Ha的单体(monomer)吸附态和二聚体(dimer)吸附态。

Abstract: Haematin. Hydrochloride can stably adsorb on the surface of pyroly-tic graphite electrode. Cyclic voltammogram indicates there are two redox peaks at about 100 and -170 mV(vs SCE) in 0.5MH2SO4 solution. These two peaks appear to be monomer and dimer adsorbed species of Haematin Hydrochloride, respectively.
