氮杂冠醚及其Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Ag(Ⅰ)配合物的合成及性质研究

摘要: 用直接合成法合成了一种新配体-1,7-N,N′-二(邻氨基苯基)-1,7-二氮杂-4,10-二氧杂环十二烷[L]。经元素分析1H、13C核磁共振、质谱、红外光谱等分析证实了其结构。并藉该配体合成了Cu(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ),Ag(Ⅰ),Ni(Ⅱ)四种固体配合物。经元素分析配合物的组成分别为:[CuCl2]2·L,[CdCl2]3·2L·2H2O,[AgNO3]2·L,[NiCl2]2·L·H2O.对配合物进行了红外光谱、紫外光谱、摩尔电导和差热分析。配合物的红外特征吸收峰均有明显位移或分裂;紫外特征吸收峰稍有位移。但摩尔吸光系数改变很大;摩尔电导表明配合物为1:1或接近2:1型电解质;差热分析表明配合物的热稳定性顺序为:Cd(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)>Cu(Ⅱ)>Ag(Ⅰ)。对Cu(Ⅱ)配合物进行了ESR谱分析,并且对甲醇溶液中Cu(Ⅱ)与配体(L)的掺入反应动力学进行了初步研究,结果表明,掺入反应为典型的二级反应。

Abstract: A new azacrown ether ligand (1,7-N.N'- bis(o-aminophenyl)-1,7-diaza-4,10-dioxacyclododecane)(L) has been prepared by direct condensation and characterized with elemental analysis,1H,13C NMR,MS,IR and UV spectroscopies.Four solid complexes of transition metal ions Cu(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ).Ag(Ⅱ) with L are isolated.Elemental analysis data indicate that their composition is (CuCl2)2 ·L,(CdCl2)2·2L·2H2O,(NiCl2)2·L·H2O and (AgNO3)2·L respectively.The complexes are characterized by IR,UV,DTA and molar conductance measurement.Compared with the ligand,VN-N of the complexes shifted to lower frequen-cics,changed 85-210cm-1,but vC-N-C and vc-o-c changed slightly,and the splittingpeak can be observed.Theλmax of UV spectra of the complexes was not or slightly shiftedbut the e greatly changed.Molar conductance studies indicate that the complexes are 2:1 or close to 2:1 type electrolytes.The thermal stability order of the complexes is Cd(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ)>Cu(Ⅱ)>Ag(Ⅰ).TheESR of the Cu (Ⅱ) complexes indicates: g=2.224,A=141×10-4cm-1.The dynamics of incorporation reaction of Cu(Ⅱ) with L has been studied,the result shows that this reaction is a typical 2nd order reaction.and K=10.73±0.30M-1S-1(30±0.1℃).
